At PacEco, we stand behind the quality of our keyboards and mice. Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the procedures for returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return for most items under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days​ of the delivery date.

  • The product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

Please note:​ For hygiene and copyright reasons, software, digital downloads, and items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned. Opened software or products without original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

2. The Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us:​ Email our support team at hi@funcheese.online​ with your order number, the product name, and a detailed reason for the return. Photos or a short video are helpful if the item is defective or damaged.

  2. Receive Instructions:​ Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

  3. Ship the Item:​ Carefully pack the item and include the RMA number inside the package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved Refunds:​ Will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing Time:​ Refunds typically take 3-7 business days​ to appear in your account after processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Refund Amount:​ The full item price will be refunded. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is our fault.

4. Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Exchanges:​ We gladly offer exchanges for the same product if it is defective. For a different product, we recommend processing a return and placing a new order.

  • Store Credit:​ In some cases, such as returns without the original receipt or after the 30-day window, we may offer store credit at our discretion.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery.

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse, accidental damage, or improper use.

  • Items that are not in resalable condition (used, modified, or missing components).

  • Clearance or final sale items.
